Centrosthetic Return Policy


At Centrosthetic, we strive to provide high quality services and satisfaction to our clients. However, we understand that situations may arise where you wish to make a return. Service Returns:

  1. We do not offer refunds for services already performed, unless there has been a significant error or justified dissatisfaction. In such cases, we ask that you inform us immediately so we can evaluate your situation and find an appropriate solution.


Centrosthetic Deposit Return Policy:


Thank you for choosing Centrosthetic for your aesthetic care needs. We strive to provide you with exceptional service and ensure your satisfaction with every visit. This deposit return policy is established to inform you about our practices and procedures in relation to deposits made to reserve an appointment at our center.


Deposit to Book an Appointment:

To secure your reservation and guarantee the specialist's time, we require a deposit at the time of scheduling an appointment. This deposit will be made to reserve your space in the agenda and cover the costs associated with preparing the services and the time reserved for you.


Appointment Cancellation:

We understand that sometimes unforeseen events may arise and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, we request that you notify us of any changes to your schedule at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust our schedule and give other clients the opportunity to reserve the available time.


Non-Refund of Deposit:

In the event that you do not cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours notice or do not show up for the scheduled appointment, we regret to inform you that the deposit made will not be refundable. This deposit will be considered compensation for time and resources reserved exclusively for you, which could not be used by other clients due to your absence.



In exceptional situations, such as sudden illness or emergencies, we understand that it may be impossible to comply with the required cancellation notice. In such cases, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible to discuss the situation and consider alternative solutions.


Communication and Refund:

Our team at Centrosthetic strives to maintain clear and open communication with you. We are always willing to answer your questions and address your concerns. If you have any specific questions about our deposit return policy, please do not hesitate to contact us. If you meet the cancellation requirements, we will be happy to process a refund of the deposit.


Product Returns:

to. We accept returns of unused products, in their original packaging and in proper condition, within 30 days of purchase.

b. To request a product return, we ask that you contact us in advance for specific instructions on how to proceed.

c. Shipping and handling costs associated with returning the product will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the reason for the return is an error on the part of Centrosthetic.
