Appointment Cancellation:

We understand that sometimes unforeseen events may arise and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, we request that you notify us of any changes to your schedule at least 24 hours in advance. Non-Refund of Deposit:

In the event that you do not cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours notice or do not show up for the scheduled appointment, we regret to inform you that the deposit made will not be refundable. This deposit will be considered compensation for time and resources reserved exclusively for you, which could not be used by other clients due to your absence.
